Just a quick note to say thank you for everything. The cakes were the talking point of the party. Everyone loved them, even more so when they ate them. Nobody dare eat them, i think they thought they were for show. As soon as I said help yourself that was it they were soon gone. They thought it was very different idea. The display looked fabulous.

I promised I would let you know how much we enjoyed the cakes you made for my birthday
-everyone thought they were fantastic! My daughter took one back to uni with her -all safely wrapped up and protected.
My god daughter (aged 11) fell completely in love with them!
They lasted until Monday night and still tasted good.
I now have a cake stand of your cakes as screen saver on my phone!

The cake mix is light and fluffy. The icing is soft and creamy, the combination of the two together brings out the flavor in each, and fills your taste buds with delight. The cake designs were refreshingly bright for the occasion too. That is the best way to describe our Cupcakes this time.
